I ran into my friend, Benjamin Newby, the most dapper mixologist and Mr. Nightlife in Chicago. 

He makes some kick ass libations at The DrumBar or with Hennessy Black. He invited me behind the bar to watch the preparation by Chris of  Banger & Lace.
