On Thurday night, SOBEWFF kicked off in unprecedented fashion with
Ronzoni’s 100th Birthday bash. Hosted by Debi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos, the king and queen of all things Italian from Cooking Channel, this was a not-to-be missed al fresco feast on the sand, and it showcased more than 30 chefs serving up mouth-watering fare behind the Delano Hotel.
Attendees fell in love all over again with Italian-American favorites like gnocchi, white sauce, red sauce, perfectly aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, broccoli rabe..... while sipping on wines from Folonari Amore Italia.... it's La Dolce Vita!
